The present general conditions of sale are intended to define the rights and obligations between Oud & Musk and the consumer, applying without restriction or reservation to all sales of products on the website. Validating an order implies to all persons the full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Each consumer also recognizes that he / she has full legal capacity in order to be able to commit himself or herself to it.

2 Price

The prices are expressed in € uros all taxes included, excluding postage. Oud & Musk reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, depending on the economic or regulatory conditions, but We undertake to apply the rates in force which You will have indicated at the time of your order.

The price indicated in the confirmation of order is the final price with the shipping costs, expressed all taxes included.

All orders are invoiced in € uros and payable. For any delivery outside Metropolitan France, any customs charges or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

4-Payment

Payment of the full price is due immediately on the date of the order. At no time, the sums paid can not be considered as a deposit or installments. 5-Delivery

Products purchased on Oud & Musk are available only in the geographic areas we serve. The indicated times are normal average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times. In the event of payment by credit card the time limits indicated above run from the day of registration of the payment and correspond to the processing and delivery times.

In case of payment by check or by bank transfer, the order is processed only on receipt of the check or the transfer. Consequently, the time limits applicable in this case are those on the date of receipt of the payment and may therefore be modified in relation to those mentioned on the day of placing the order.

6-Issue of delivery

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer is obliged to inform the carrier (or the factor) of any small trace of shock (holes, traces of crushing etc.) on the parcel and, if necessary, to refuse the parcel. A new identical product will be returned to you free of charge.

7-Errors of delivery

8-Satisfied or refunded

The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons.

In accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at his own expense, the products that are not suitable for him (excluding promotional products). 12- Returns

In case of a technical anomaly of the Product or error on the reference delivered, the Client will follow the procedure of return of product described hereafter. The costs and risks of return are always the responsibility of the Customer. 13-Customs

If you order products from us that need to be delivered outside the European Union, you may have to pay import duties and taxes that will be charged as soon as the package arrives at your destination.
