Mixtures made from traditional and secret recipes. The thiouraye that we present to you today is made from gowe. It has been macerated in perfume oils which gives it a unique and mysterious side.
Thiouraye is a friendly woody incense widely used in Africa. It is in Senegal that it is very often found, as an object of seduction for women. It is a long lasting incense.
Notes: woody, musky, amber
The gowé is a natural grain incense from aquatic plants near the Senegal River, it is the gwe (cyperus rotondus) from the same family as the papyrus with a magnificent fragrance in the register of vetiver.
Directions for use: Place a small pinch of thiouraye on burning thistle well covered with ashes so that the thiouraye gives off very little smoke and lots of fragrance.
Made with the greatest care, our thiourayes are therefore unique, you will not find them anywhere else. The woody (wood), amber (resin), spicy (spice), aromatic (root and aerial part of dried plants) scents used in our thiourayes have no equivalent in perfume, stick or incense cones.
Our Thiourayes have a fundamental woody tone that brings calm and peace of mind. Finally the symbolism of the gesture, the importance of fire in the imagination, the decorative and evocative plasticity of smoke, are the prerogative of our thiourayes.
